1.First you get into

two teams.

2.Secondly the two

teams have to go on

the opposite side like

one team on the right

and the other team on

the left but on the other side.

3.Thirdly the person that

is there first they get to be

the caller that calls how

much people into play

and who got the

invisible ball.

4.But if the caller doesn’t

want to be the caller the

caller gets to pick whoever

he chooses to be the

next caller.

5.Also if you have the

invisible ball you have to

try and get to the goal and

try not to get tagged.

                                                                                                                                                    
6.Also the aim of the game

is to tag the person who

has the in visible ball.  

My Reading Goals

On Wednesday the 21st of

November room 6 and I

did a Technology challenge.

Our Technology challenge

was about a Wearable art

challenge. The Wearable

is when someone gets

dressed and when that

person is finished getting

dressed they have to do a

performance. But we could

only use the Material that

our Teacher Mr.Roy gave us.

Before we all started we

had to get into groups

of 2,3 and 4’s.

When we all were in

groups we all had to

plan who is the the

Model and what we

are designing. So we

planned that my friend

Lino is the Model and

we are designing him

as a fortnite person

called DJ Yonder.

But then in 10 minutes

My friend Lino went to

another team so we

changed the plan. It was

that My other friend

Hemi was going to be the

Model and now we re doing

a DJ Dragon as our group design.

When it was time all of the

Models went out in the

corridors waiting to get

called to come inside to

do the walkway. The judges

were the designers and

also I couldn’t Judge

because I had to go get

kidscan. It was disappointing

because when I came back it

was finished and I only

Judged for a little bit.

Raise the flag

30th  October 2018

On Monday the 29th  of

October I and room 6

did a technology challenge.

Mr. Roy said “ hey class we

are going to be doing a

technology challenge called to

raise the flag’’ then he said we

only have two rules and them

are no holding the flag to stand

and no taping the flags to the

ground. Afr Mr.Roy said the

rules he said that we could

only use what Mr.Roy provided

us. And he gave us…

1.12 sheet’s of newspape

rs{but we got extra}

2.3 plastic drinking straws

{we didn't use it}

3.1m tape

{we used extra tape}

4.5m string

{we didn’t use it}

5.1m ruler

{we used a bigger one}

6.Scissors

{for construction only}

When we got our supplies

we started working and we

only got given 22 minutes

then 5 minutes and then

we got some more minutes.

When we all finished Mr.Roy

tested if the flags were stable

and not attached because if the

flags were good we all would

be pass the technology challenge.

Writing a poster about Save the fish from dying

We chose to save the

fish from dying because a lot

of fish are dying from

Global warming.

The global warming has a lot

of gases but I am only going

to say two and those two gases

are Carbon dioxide and

Methane. The Carbon dioxide

traps the heat from the Sun

and makes the Earth hotter

and hotter each day. Climate

change is changing from

normal hot to extreme hot

it’s like Global warming

breaking Climate change

chains hotter and hotter heat.

When the Global warming

breaks Climate changes

chains open Global warming

makes the water hot and hotter

each time people pollute trash

everywhere. And that’s why I

chose save the fish from dying

cause people are pollution

everywhere. Polluting is also

how Carbon dioxide is made.

Auckland Museum

Auckland Museum

On Wednesday Rm8,Rm7,

Rm6 and Rm5 went to the

Auckland Museum in a bus.

When we arrived we had

morning tea at the entrance

of the museum. When we were

finished eating our morning tea

we all went inside with some

parents that volunteered to

come to the Auckland museum.

There were seven students in

each group but only one adult

in each group. Adult for my

group was my friend’s sister

and her sister’s name is Po.

Also my friend’s name

is Marlene.

The first place we went

to is the butterfly room.

In the butterfly room

there are three tablets

that are connected

to a tv. The tablets have

a game that you can

make your own butterfly with

colours so you

can pick your own colourful wings.

Also there is a little spot in the

butterfly room and that

little spot has a Tv. There is also two

headphones on a headphone

hanger and a couch.

People use that little

spot to watch

how monarch

butterflies are hatched.

Also I have a favorite place

and that is the Maori court.

The Maori court is my favorite

place because it has spots of

different  Islands and furniture

from those Is

lands. Also because it has a giant

model of a Maori boat. There is

also fake glowing water

underneath

the model of the Maori boat.

Lifting people's spirits

We chose to make the

peace sign out of the

debris that could have

happened in an event of

an earthquake or any

other natural disasters.

We can put this peace

sign on the wall for

people to remember to

stay peaceful.

We also chose it

because it will

make people stay not

stressed if they

lost a member from

the family.

Global warming

What is Global

warming

Global warming is a process

where earth is getting warmer

and warmer each day.

The atmosphere traps  the Sun’s heat.

The gases that traps the Sun’s heat

are Carbon dioxide and Methane.

When carbon dioxide increases

it sucks up more and more heat

from the sun. The carbon dioxide

increases because of the factories

and smoke from the vehicles.

Global warming also can make

water of the sea and the rivers

hot or warm. When the Global

warming makes the water hot

or warm it makes all the ice in

the world to melt and when that

happens the water will rise. Also

there will be major disasters

like Island’s drowning and

people have to find homes

somewhere else.

Global warming can also cause

heat waves or wildfires could be

born and animals could lose all

their habitats. Wildfires cause

a lot of smoke and make more

carbon dioxide.

So people grow more and more

trees because trees can absorb

carbon dioxide.

Also Tamaki primary is apart

of a tree for survival team that

grows trees so we are helping to reduce
carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.
